Schelfe and Associates has completed a wide variety of Residential projects including new construction and remodeling projects. Our new construction residential work includes custom homes, models and spec homes. Design work for custom homes has included homes ranging from 3,500 square feet to as large as 20,000 square feet. Our residential remodeling design work has included a variety of projects from whole house renovations and additions, to kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, home theatres, family rooms and any variety of interior spaces.

Schelfe and Associates offers our Residential clients complete turn key interior design services including; master planning and design development of residential interiors, design and specification of millwork, lighting and all interior finishes, construction drawings, details and specifications for construction of interior elements and design, selection, procurement and installation of all furnishings, artwork and accessories. We also work as a team with other design professionals i.e. the Architect, Land Planner, Engineers, General Contractor and the various Construction Professionals and Sub-Contractors to ensure a professional managed and completed interior.
