French Revival
This extensive remodeling of a former small kitchen and family dining area into a larger and more usable family kitchen and dining area set one of the two challenges requested by this Client.
Hand-glazed custom made cabinets established the basis for the kitchen. Exposed reclaimed wood beams were added to the kitchen ceiling and were designed to compliment the French character of this home. The center island is hand glazed in a moss green color, making the island a focal point and gathering center for the family.
Additional design work for this project included a complete remodeling to the master bath. The new master bath includes his and her vanities, a large central tub, a separate toilet room and a large walk in shower. Rich stained cherry wood cabinets add detail and warmth to the overall color pallet and accents the natural stone travertine tile.
Tim was awarded the 200 ASID Design Specialty Honor Award for this space.
