On the Move
The interior of this 5000-square-foot home was designed for a young family who desired an elegant yet comfortable interior to enjoy with family and friends. Interior design and decoration included selection of all furniture, wallcoverings, custom draperies, artwork and accessory items. The owners desired a completed interior in which they would move into within two months of beginning the project.
Earth toned colors were used throughout the interior and as a basis for the design. This is reflected in the wall finishes, upholstery and draperies. Furniture needed to be elegant, soft and hold up to use from the young children living in the home. The design for the Dining Room reflects the desire of the Owners to have a dreamy ethereal room in which to entertain guests.
