12 Oaks Sales Center

This project involved design for a new marketing and sales center for a new large residential development located in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The welcome center will act as the main marketing hub for this development and the design needed to be part model, part office and part sales tool.
The design team worked closely with the Developer, Wakefield Plantation and the General Contractor, Poythress Construction, throughout the design development stages of the project and development of the building. The design team also was instrumental in the selection of all interior finishes, layout, specification and selection of all interior lighting, design of all custom interior millwork items including the topography site table and the marketing kiosks that would display the various information regarding the Development, the Developer and for the chosen home builders. The firm also selected, procured and installed all decorative items for the project including furniture, area rugs, accessories and artwork.
