Coastal Plantation
Cannonsgate Clubhouse
Newport, NC
Selected by the Developer, Waterfront Communities, to direct and design the interiors for this clubhouse, Schelfe and Associates worked in harmony with the Architect to develop the interior for this project. Located in the new Cannonsgate at Bogue Sound, residential development, near Emerald Isle, North Carolina, this Clubhouse was designed to reflect a traditional southern style plantation manor house in which the new development would be built around.
Working with JDavis Architects of Raleigh, Schelfe and Associates provided interior design services including design of all interior casework and trim, selection and specification for all interior finishes, tile and interior lighting, and selection and procurement of all decorative items for the interior including furniture, area rugs, custom draperies, artwork and accessories.
The design team personally installed all decorative interior items to ensure the quality and detail for the project and the vision of the Developer.
