The Soleil Centre Residences

Schelfe and Associates, Inc. was selected to direct and design the interiors for a new high end luxury condominium sales center, located in Raleigh North Carolina. The sales center will be the marketing hub for a new 42 story, luxury high rise tower, which will include condominiums, a luxury hotel, a convention area and a retail component.
Working with the Developer, the design team created a clean and contemporary interior for the Sales Centre. The team developed a floor plan which would act as a sales and marketing area, business center and a partial model for the condominiums. Schelfe and Associates designed all custom millwork, selected all interior finishes, designed and selected all interior lighting and selected, procured and installed all decorative items for the project including furniture, artwork and accessories.
The Sales Centre will act as a marketing base for the new tower and the condominiums.
Tim was awarded the 2007 ASID Design Specialty Merit Award for the design work on this project.
