The Oberlin
Raleigh, NC
Schelfe and Associates, Inc. was chosen to direct and design the interiors for eighteen luxury townhomes at the new Oberlin development located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The design team provided a full range of interior design services for the project including design development, coordination and consultation with the Developer and the General Contractor throughout the project. The design team was instrumental in the selection of all interior finishes, layout, specification and selection of all interior lighting, design and selection of all cabinetry and development of a book of standards which identified the standard interior materials, finishes, selections and interior details provided by the Developer for the townhomes.
The design of the interior for the Model reflects the style of a professional couple who desire an in town location with upscale amenities and quality in craftsmanship. The interiors needed to be comfortable yet elegant and needed to be pleasing to a wide variety of potential homeowners since the Model would act as a sales center for the development.
