Top Model Home
Tim was selected as a cast member for a new on-line reality based design competition. This competition called the "Nations Next Top Model Home" is based in Wilmington, North Carolina in a development called Compass Pointe. The competition set 7 Interior Designers against each other as they designed the interiors of 7 Model Homes. Each designer had only the Living Room and Foyer to design in 28 days and with a very limited budget set by the developer.
Tim chose to use the existing paint color for the room which was a warm golden tan color. Using this color Tim created a pallete of charcoal gray, black, silver and white to create a room with elegance and sophistication. The room is a timeless design which will be current today and for years to come.
