Design Programming

is an essential step in the design process that allows you and the design team to fully examine and discover all wishes, tastes, likes and dislikes, which will help direct the initial design development of your project.

Documentation

consists of detailed measurements, photography and information gathering for your project.

Design Development

all information is gathered from initial meetings, interviews, design programming and documentation phases, then reviewed, discussed and dissected. From this, design sketches and drawings, concepts, details and selections are presented to you by the design team.

Design Presentation

is the unveiling of the design. This is conducted either at the design studio of Schelfe and Associates, your home, your business or the project site.

Design Administration

is the phase in which the design team assigned to your project helps direct the various construction professionals and other design members who are actively working on your project.

Installation

is the phase when the results of all the detailed design work come to fruition. Schelfe and Associates personally directs and oversees project installations.

Post Evaluations

occurs once the design project has been installed and the project completed.
